How to get an Adult Citycard
If you are a Nottingham City resident aged between 18-59, you are eligible for an Adult Citycard. If you haven't been sent one in the post you can:
- Visit any City library. A member of staff will take your details and a personalised Citycard will be posted to you
- Email your full name, address, postcode and date of birth to citycard@nottinghamcity.gov.uk
- Or alternatively you can call (0115) 950 60 70 and order one over the phone
