How to get a Senior Citycard

If you are a permanent City resident aged 60 or over you are eligible for a free Senior Citycard. To get your card you need to fill out a Senior Citycard application form. You can get one of these from the NCT Travel Centre in the Market Square, or from any City library.

Once you have completed the application, take it to the NCT Travel Centre along with proof of your age and City residence (accepted forms of proof are detailed in the application form). A photograph will be taken of you for your pass. Senior Citycard will be sent to your home address within 15 days.

If you lose your Senior Citycard

If you are unfortunate enough to lose your card, call the Travel Centre (on the number above) and they will check to make sure it hasn't been handed in. If there is no sign of it they will issue you with a new Citycard and your old card will be made unusable. There is a £5 charge for a replacement card.
