Get a Citycard

You can get a Citycard, buy your Kangaroo Citycard, apply for a concessionary Citycard, pick up a bus timetable or come and ask us a question in person at our Broadmarsh or Victoria travel centres.

Broadmarsh Travel Centre

The travel centre is open Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm*

*The last transactions will be at 5.45pm, with travel advice available until 6pm. The last transactions for Citycard Cycles and Shopmobility is 4.45pm Monday to Saturday.

Victoria Travel Centre

The travel centre is open Monday to Saturday 9am to 4.45pm.

Broadmarsh Drop off/pick up point

The drop off/pick up point for the Broadmarsh Bus Station is located on the entry level of the Broadmarsh multi-storey car park (allocated bays are located near the exit).  The ticket from the machine gives you 15 minutes free parking.
