Buy your Kangaroo Citycard, apply for a concessionary Citycard, pick up a bus timetable or come and ask us a question in person at our Broadmarsh or Victoria Travel Centre.

Broadmarsh Travel Centre

Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm*

*The last transactions will be at 5.45pm, with travel advice available until 6pm. The last transaction for Citycard Cycles and Shopmobility is 4.45pm

Victoria Travel Centre

Monday to Saturday 9am to 4.45pm

Broadmarsh Travel Centre Drop off/pick up point

The drop off/pick up point for the Broadmarsh Bus Station is located on the entry level of the Broadmarsh multi-storey car park (allocated bays are located near the exit).  The ticket from the machine gives you 15 minutes free parking.

Where are we?

Broadmarsh Travel Centre is located in the Broadmarsh Bus Station, Canal Street, Nottingham, NG1 7LS.

Victoria Travel Centre is located in the Victoria Centre Bus Station, Mansfield Road, Nottingham, NG1 3DB.

Mobile Travel Centre

If our travel centres aren't convenient for you, we've also introduced a mobile travel centre called the "Infobus". The easy to access, one stop travel information service is making regular visits around different City neighbourhoods. It will normally be open for business from 10am until 4pm each day as follows:

Mondays: Sherwood - Mansfield Road short stay parking
Tuesday St Anns - Health Centre
Wednesdays: Hyson Green - ASDA car park
Thursdays: Bilborough - Bracebridge Drive
Friday Clifton - Outside TSB Bank
Saturdays: Bulwell Market
