Kangaroo is changing!

But it's only the name….from Monday the 25th of April all kangaroo products will start to be renamed under the Robin Hood banner. You’ll still be able to use your existing Citycard containing Kangaroo travel, we’ll give you a new Robin Hood Card when you next need to renew your travel. Your card will work the same as it always has, so no need to worry. Kangaroo Day Tickets will now be called Robin Hood Day tickets. All prices will stay the same as they are now and all conditions of use remain unchanged.

A Kangaroo ticket allows unlimited travel on most* buses, trams and trains within the Kangaroo boundary which covers the Greater Nottingham area, including the tram to Hucknall. All our Park and Ride sites also offer free parking when using the bus or tram.

Kangaroo Prices and Where to Buy

Kangaroo ticket prices are shown in the table below. Day tickets can be purchased directly from the bus driver, train conductor or tram ticket machine. Adult and child Kangaroo season tickets are available in different monthly periods ranging from one month to a full year and can be purchased from the Broadmarsh travel centre. The longer the time period in relation to your ticket the greater the saving.

Where can I travel with my Kangaroo?

You can use your Kangaroo on buses, trams and trains within the Kangaroo boundary shown below. Although the map does not show the new tram lines, you can use your Kangaroo on all routes including the two new lines to Beeston and Clifton, at all stops. Please note: you can use your Kangaroo on the tram to Toton Lane however, when using the buses it is only valid within the boundary shown on the map below.
