Where can I travel with my Kangaroo?
You can travel anywhere within our Kangaroo boundary, outlined in our Kangaroo boundary map. Within this area, you can travel on any bus, train, tram or even on a Citycard Cycle with your Kangaroo pass.
Can I travel on NCT buses and trent barton with the same pass?
Yes! With Kangaroo you can travel on ANY bus, train, tram or even Citycard Cycle so long as your journey is within the Kangaroo Boundary.
I have a Kangaroo direct debit. How do I cancel it?
Kangaroo direct debits work on a one month rolling contract, so you can cancel any time providing you give us at least 10 working days notice. Simply call a member of our team on 0115 8762700 or email us on [email protected] with your name, address, date of birth and Kangaroo number and we'll cancel it for you. Please note that we also recommend customers to cancel at their bank.
