Important changes to Senior & Mobility Citycards used on Nottingham City Transport

All national concessionary cards are currently being reissued as many passes reach their expiry date by April 2013. All cardholders will receive a replacement card by post from their local authority before this date.

Unfortunately the replacement cards cannot be read by the NCT ticket machines yet, although they will be able to from mid 2013.

To avoid confusion to passengers during this re-issue period, from Sunday 2nd December 2012, all concessionary cardholders will no longer need to present their card to the red card reader. Instead, please just show your card to the driver when you get on the bus.
