Having problems purchasing tickets online?

If you're having problems using your Citycard online to purchase splendour tickets we've some tips below to help you get your tickets.

Are you city resident?

For the purpose of purchasing discounted splendour tickets a city resident is defined as living within the Nottingham City Council administrative area. The easiest way to tell is by who you pay your council tax to. If it's Nottingham City Council then you qualify, if it's anyone else then we're sorry but you don't qualify.

Have you moved house?

If you moved house and not let us know your card will still be registered to your old address. If you think your address may be wrong then let us know using the contact us form here. Don't forget to include your Citycard number and your new and old address.

Are you using your most recent card?

Sometimes people get a replacement card but then find their original card, we only pass your most recent card to the ticket provider.

You've got a brand new shiny card!

We only update the ticket supplier once a week during early tickets sales. If you've got a brand new card it can take up to 7 days for it to be registered on the website. If this is the case please be patient and try again in a couple of days.
