How to report your Citycard lost or stolen
If your Citycard is lost or stolen you need to let us know as soon as possible. This will allow us to block your card so it cannot be used. If you use your card for travel you should call the NCT Travel Centre, if your card does not have travel on it you can call either the NCT Travel Centre or the Citycard team.

Getting a replacement card
Once you have reported you card lost or stolen you will need to get a replacement card. In order to cover the cost of issuing a replacement card there is a small charge. Below is a table that shows the replacement fee together with more information about where you can get a replacement card.

Adult Citycard
Replacement card charge: £3
The replacement charge is waived if your card has been stolen. If this is the case you will need to provide a crime number*.
You can order your replacement Adult Citycard from any city library or leisure centre or from the NCT Travel Centre.

Citycard 360 & Under 11 Citycard
Replacement card charge: Free** or £3 if card has travel
The replacement charge will be waived if your card has been stolen. If this is the case you will need to provide a crime number*.
You can order your replacement Under 11 Citycard from any city library or leisure centre or from the NCT Travel Centre. Citycard 360's can only be ordered from the NCT Travel centre.

Senior & Mobility Citycard
Replacement card charge: £5
Replacement Senior and Mobility Citycard are only sent out by post and will be delivered within 10 working days of the card being reported lost.
The replacement charge is waived if your card has been stolen. If this is the case you will need to provide a crime number*.
You can order your replacement Senior or Mobility Citycard from the Broadmarsh Bus Station Travel Centre.

* If your card has been stolen the replacement charge will be waived. In order to have the replacement fee waived you will need to provide a valid crime number. We reserve the right to confirm this number with the issuing force before issuing a replacement charge.
** The normal replacement fee of £3 is currently being waived for Under 11 Citycard and Citycard 360 holders who do not have travel on their card. We reserve the right to remove the waiver where customers repeatedly lose or damage their cards.
